Illustrating the front cover, back cover, and spine of this book was such a wonderful job. The inspiration comes from the film Wicked of 2024. In this illustration, I want to show friendship and how two worlds can become one. I want to show the style of stained glass. Adding elements representing both of the characters like bubbles and flying monkeys. The 9 million tulips were planted to create the gardens. Something learned in this project was that no matter who you are you need to love yourself first and take your path to be happy. Not because someone looks different is evil and not because you look normal you are good.
